We serve seven counties northwest of the DFW metroplex: Denton, Wise, Montague, Cooke, Jack, Clay, and Wichita.
In town, most homes run on city water. The complaints are almost always hard water and the taste of chlorine.
Outside the city limits, most homes run on a well. The problems there are rust stains, rotten egg smell, and sediment.
Different problems need different equipment. That is why we start by learning about what is actually in your water.
Take a look at what is actually in your water. Every public water system has to publish its test results each year under EPA rules, and we link you straight to yours.

Whole-home filtration treats water at the point it enters the house, so every fixture benefits. Reverse osmosis goes further on dissolved solids but works at one point of use, usually the kitchen sink. Plenty of homes use both.
If you're seeing scale on fixtures, spotting on glassware, soap that won't lather, or a water heater that's gotten noisy, hardness is the likely cause. A test tells you how hard the water actually is, which determines the size of the system.
Yes, and they're handled differently. Wells tend toward iron, sulfur, sediment, and pH. Municipal supply tends toward hardness and disinfectant taste.
Carbon adsorbs chlorine and many of the compounds behind taste and odor. It doesn't remove hardness — that's a separate process.
From what your water actually is. On a city system your utility publishes its results every year. On a well, the aquifer it draws from sets the baseline and what you are seeing at the tap fills in the rest. The same symptom can come from more than one cause, so the equipment follows from the water rather than from the catalog.
Tell us what you're seeing at the tap — staining, taste, scale, odor — and we'll work out what's behind it and what actually addresses it.
