This website describes residential water filtration and treatment services and explains how the equipment and the underlying water chemistry work. It is published for general information.

Nothing on this site is a diagnosis of the water at your property. The same symptom at the tap can come from more than one cause, and the right equipment follows from testing the water at a specific address rather than from anything written here. Recommendations we make are based on the water test results and the conditions present at the time. Water chemistry can change, particularly on a private well, and equipment performance depends on maintenance being carried out.
